THE ISLAMIC ADJUSTMENTS
These points are written to help in the making of an Islamic Environment that is much needed by the Muslims at the present time.

1- It is interesting to note as observation clarifies that those born on or about 21 of March of any year have a great spiritual leaning while those born on or within a day or two of the 1st of January of any year, value physical and material things very much so this attitude can be seen in both of these. Mind it that both of these dates have a definite value in every year as one marks the beginning of a solar year while the other marks the beginning of a calendar year respectively.
2- The year 1917 proved very troublesome and a severe blow to Muslims as it was the year when Communists gained power in Russia which put Muslims in a great trouble while a conspiracy regarding Palestine took hold as the countries having Power decided to put it in the hands of the Jewish people. Both incidents happened in November that year. The year also put Kamal Pasha in front who proved totally disastrous to the Islamic cause and in fact in this year, division among Muslims of the world took hold due to one reason or other. The year 1917 was also the year of the birth of Indira Ghandi (who was born in November and her feelings against Islam are not a secret at all), of the Shah of Iran and of the U.S. President John F. Kennedy.
3- Bait-Ul-Muqaddas (Jerusalem) it seems is a symbol for worldly glory since it was built, as the history points out. Much political power remained with those who held Bait-Ul-Muqaddas and even today when USA enjoys a great influence on Israel that holds the place, it is clear that the political power is with that country i.e. USA. Even the Jewish people hold a strong position in the world politics at this time through the USA, while it seems that we Muslims have lost our political touch with the loss of the Bait-Ul-Muqaddas, our third holy place.
4- Cold Blooded People are mostly born in the cold weather and I think you will find this statement going very well with doctors and their assistants. Those who do not care much about the lives of others, they often face a threat of a sudden death and their lives may end abruptly, very accidentally.
5- To take anybody as equal to Allah is the greatest sin, for it is a challenge to the power of Allah and a very wrong rebellious act. Nobody except Him must be given the greatest regards for He only is the True Lord. Nobody must be called for help taking that person as the true benefactor for He only is the true Benefactor. Nobody must be called as such, leaving Him or with Him for both of these come under the definition of the greatest sin. May Allah save all Muslims from this greatest sin.
6- There are two positions in economic sense for the people which by the Islamic viewpoint, are totally wrong. In other words, these two positions must not be found in an Islamic Society as one points towards the wrong outlet for the human incentive while the other, towards the wrong channeling of the human fear. One is of having too much money that million remain in spare even after spending on necessities and even comforts, while the other position is of experiencing total frustration as there is nothing on person to spend even on basic necessities of life. These two positions are the ones that give rise to crimes and lead to neglect human responsibilities. The Islamic Society must never overlook the basic necessities of an individual, both physical and spiritual for the sake of humanity.
7- The Holy KAABA is a symbol of Spirituality. It is at the center of the earth as the heart in the human body. It is a point to note that Muslims with all their shortcomings, have great spirituality still in them and so still hold the position of looking after this Great Holy House, the first house of Allah.
8- JINN, one of the strange creatures created by Allah, have physical powers much more than the human beings while the human beings possess spiritual power much more than these. That is why Jinn try to possess human beings physically with the power of the body while the human beings attack them or try to get control over them by spiritual power. However, the use of physical power by Jinn in this sense and the use of spiritual power by human beings in this manner is totally wrong by the Islamic viewpoint indeed.
9- It is a point to note that material possessions & wealth have no meaning when the basic necessities are satisfied. That is how I take it. However, one must judge one's necessities by one's own self keeping the Islamic teachings in view as Muslims have been relied upon for this judgment about their needs and necessities.
10- Even this is an imagination that water satisfies the thirst for it is only the means. It must be noted that everything is the creation of Allah and He only is the Creator & Truly Powerful. What good or evil we do to each other has its effect only due to Allah's Will. Fire can't burn and water can't satisfy the thirst except for His Will. So everything is a means and Allah only is the True Provider. Superstitions do have their effect and if someone has some of them and cares about the influence of some creation but keeping strongly in mind and believing totally by heart that the True Lord is Allah only, then he must not be blamed as his stance is not wrong by the Islamic viewpoint though he must not put emphasis on negative points.
11- It is a position of influence held by a person that matters a lot in influencing others. Sometimes a person does easily what quite a collection of people find hard to accomplish. These type of exceptional people have influenced the world very much. The powerful position in some field may lead to handle foes who master other fields but not to that caliber the first one has in his field. Even inner power turned against someone for his harm may be countered beautifully by the physical power if the caliber for the physical power is high and the individual is a good person by character. I remember a dream I saw some years ago which contained this very message in it. I saw a very little thing like a flying star that is trying to cause harm to a very strong man (Tarzan or Samson) and the door of the area is closing on him. The star inflicts on him some wounds but even then the strong man with the power of his amazing strength stops the door from closing in a heroic style. There are indeed more than one way to do a thing but a man must always be very sincere to his cause, good at his heart and once he sees and accepts a way for doing a job, he must go on with total heart to handle the matter that way with total trust in Allah, the True Lord.
12- Pakistan, created in the name of Allah, is indeed a sacred land. Although, love of material gains has created great troubles for Muslims yet at present, Pakistan seems to be the only hope for a total Islamic Society. Pakistan came into being on Ramazan 26, at year 1366 of Hijrah and Ramazan has always proved a blessing of Allah upon all Muslims for certain; note that Islam came to this area through Sindh on Ramazan 10, at year 92 of Hijrah; Al-Hamdu Lillah.
13- In today's world, the field of Medicine is given great importance by all and if Islamic Morals are seen in this I am sure that it would be only matter of time for Islamic Society to come into existance as Islamic Morals are mostly needed in this very field. If Teachers, Medical Practitioners and Judges become true to Islam in their Belief, Knowledge and Deed, it would only be a matter of time when we would see the Islamic Society in full flow with all its teachings in practice of all people well.
14- History points out that wherever & whenever Muslims lost their battles, it was much due to violent means and physical pressures applied by their enemy and due to the Muslim's own lack of Islamic morals at the time of combat. Muslims have always conquered hearts through their good character. The greatest of all revolutions was by the great man and the last messenger Muhammad P.B.U.H. with total love for all the people as every Muslim knows that when he entered Mecca at its conquest, he forgave all the enemies who have mentally & physically tortured him for a long time. We have seen that in this time that is called a "developed" period, those who consider themselves as totally developed nations have shown such wild animal traits, when they had been challenged and when their innocent people were attacked and murdered, putting the blame to all those who were near to those wrong doers with a philosophy "as you have killed my brother, I would kill yours" that has shown clearly that though metals and other elements have developed yet human beings still have to develop a lot for sure. We must work in accordance with our great tradition of love so that the world might really change by this great power of love for once & for all, for good indeed.
15- For the sake of making an Islamic Society, two steps in each of the 3 fields i.e. Education, Medicine & Law are very necessary. -1- (a) Children must not be beaten and examinations must not be held in the official educational system (b) Education after the Tenth class must not be extended to females by the males (I do advocate Female education and I would like to point out here that after the Tenth class in a Pakistani educational system, female education would only be given by females to females) -2- (a) Men must not tend women in the medicinal system except for minor problems (and those too not gynecological or obstetrical) and women must not nurse male patients (b) Post-mortem whether the cadaver is male or female must not be done for any reason at all by any male/female surgeon -3- (a) No accused should be beaten except for the verdict given (b) No photos of living beings must be allowed except for necessity specially for the defense of the country (I consider that the Computer is a wonderful instrument that must not only be tolerated in the Islamic Society but must be encouraged for the sake of knowledge though it is a point to note that apparatus based on satellites in common use have created a lot of moral problems by the Islamic viewpoint due to establishment of social relationship of all peoples of the world very fast where non-Muslims understand Islam but little; we must spread the true teachings of Islam as soon as and as much as possible in these current times). TV can also be tolerated taking care about morals in the programs aired, even if the transmission is not live while still camera would only be used for official needs and not privately except where necessary with the permission of the law of the land. All these things can be implemented fully if the leaders are true to the cause of Islam. For detail to this, please see my writing by the name of "Islamic Viewpoint" (answer to Question-4) too that is available at this site.
16- The Holy Quran says "Soon We would show them our signs in the Horizons and in their Own Selves until it would be clear upon them that this (the coming of the day of Judgment as told in the Holy Quran) is the Truth" (Sura HA-MEEM ASSAJDA - 53). This verse is not only a prediction for the Non-Mulims that they would soon find many Laws of Nature that would in the last make them realize that there is an end to come which has proven correct now, but also encourages Muslims to use their observation power to understand the universe and the human beings so that all the truth becomes clear to them. This knowledge gained through observation; when this is put in total in front of non-Muslims, will certainly have its effect and they will most certainly come towards Islam. There are many things which have come into the knowledge of man through observation even in the fields of science & medicine and this will be understood better if we divide science into two sections -1- things which can be proved through experiments in laboratories and -2- things which can be understood by observation. These second type of things include great discoveries and laws which are taken as very important findings for the understanding of the natural tendencies of human beings and for getting a good idea about the universe. These include Newton's Law of Gravity and even his other laws of motion, Kepler's Laws governing the movement of planets and stars and Doppler's Law of Red Shift. These all are related to the planets & stars and to the sky, which is too vast for a human mind to perceive but the laws of which can be understood through observation. There are many such facts & laws which have their basis upon observation though of course it is not prohibited to put into use instruments which enhance a person's observation and gives a power to sight like telescope & microscope but to seek knowledge through the laboratory experiments is not my idea of achieving knowledge and in fact many of experiments have proved to be fatal for the life and the living of the human beings as can be verified by study and observation. On the basis of experiments, science has guided many a nation to consider space flights as a must for knowledge while it would have been very much better if amazingly huge amount spent on these ventures were allotted to the very poor and the very needy people of the world. Science has led people to consider communications as something of utmost importance giving an unnecessary weight to the social relationship while it should also have asked to better the situation of people suffering great tensions regarding basic physical needs and regarding basic spiritual needs. Scientific experiments have also led to making of deadly weapons and this has in turn led to the fear of the powerful which has given such people a wrong kind of a say in the matters relating to all people of the world. Whenever, Hope or/and Fear has been guided in a wrong manner, that has led to the loss of peace of an individual and also to the loss of a good lifestyle for the people. To break such evil-doings of science, it is necessary to give power to observation as the Islamic teachings point out that where there is a poison, exactly there at that very place, is the medicine for the same (the poison of snakes is being neutralized today through the medicine made by the poison of snakes, an interesting fact to observe). This will take time but not the material resources and the time used in obedience of The True Lord is indeed the best time. For our defense, we must always keep the strong side in front of the people who find pleasure in our opposition, keeping in mind that we are much stronger spiritually than the western world. In better words, we must clarify Islam, highlighting the points relating to Astronomy and Psychology and Anatomy/Physiology (the fields in which the west considers itself as the only master but totally disregards the interesting philosophical points which can be deducted by the same facts which are understood by the study of man in a physical sense). This way of spreading knowledge will cause the non-Muslims, even with the set of traditions they have, to have at least a great respect for Islam, whether they do or don't convert to Islam. We must also try our best in the situation we face, to achieve a good strength regarding martial aspect so that our enemy may not even think of making a war upon us. This attitude is utmost necessary as this only can cause us to live as true Muslims in the present world.
17- The descending moon in Pakistan's flag is not a matter of concern as it should be considered as the end of the world coming near, which seems to be true in the present situation. This position must therefore, not be criticized and must not be made a matter of concern.
18- It is interesting to note that people born in the darkness of the night have more power to enlighten the world than those who are born in the daylight. Maybe because the light is felt much more in the darkness than in light itself. This fact seems to be historical reality.
19- In the Islamic Society, the TV. programs might be assigned separately for male persons and female persons by assigning different channels. For the women-folk, entertainment like musical program with women amateur performers, a stage drama, a comedy talk, songs, pantomime, amazing talents of women etc. may be aired and male performers may participate here yet there must be moral limit to their part and action. Both must have programs of the recitation, translation and tafseer of the Holy Quran. The men's programs may comprise programs on politics (court proceedings and talk with officials in a position to affect the politics of the country included) and educational programs that must be transmitted daily. The news and a commentary upon it must also be included in these programs without censure. Entertainment programs with only men in performance (and those also not professional) may also be incorporated in the daily transmission. The time allotted to TV programs must not be the whole day or night and it must operate in the limit of necessity upto necessity. Please note that any restrictions on information may only be put due to the Islamic teachings regarding morals and certainly not because of putting any censorship on speech or writing. We all must learn from each other but not let Islamic Morals suffer as Islamic Society would totally be a model for the same indeed.
20- The appearance of the new Moon should not be made an issue as is wrongly done at this time. Wherever the new Moon is sighted, Eid and other festivals must be observed accordingly. This does not make any confusion or does not put any black mark on the integrity of Muslims. In fact, in Pakistan, if the festivals may be observed by province, I consider that it would be quite all right even by political reasons and indeed it is in accordance with Islam. Even if calculations point out that the new Moon is in the range of vision after Maghrib after its day 29, it must actually be seen by a few reliable persons who would vouch about seeing it if and when needed. It’s a pity that for political reasons, it is tried that the clear teachings of Islam may be omitted and what seems convenient to people of high standing, may be taken into practice and that also in the name of Islam.
21- There are 4 concepts which I take to be totally wrong which are being forwarded today to influence the world & turn it towards a total evil way of life. The first one is that attention must totally be towards the physical side of life disregarding the spiritual side. Wherever this wrong concept is being put into practice, people have forgotten the spiritual aspect of life and even with great physical achievements in the fields of Medicine, Astronomy & Psychology, often are badly in need for inner satisfaction. The second concept is that illicit sexual relationship is not questionable by law when the consent of a woman is involved. This concept of consent for adultery is a great injustice to womenfolk and indeed an insult to them. The third concept is that this worldly life asks for the survival of the fittest. This concept has led to disregard the rights and respect of the weak people while it has also led to competition in all fields of life that is not appreciable. The fourth concept is to take Human Beings to extremes in all they do. This concept again leads to injustice and a man must always keep his emotions in control and judge all situations he face with faith, wisdom and practical human efforts.
22- MANAM (DREAMS) :- There is a great respect given to dreams in the Islamic Traditions. The scholars of Islam were correctly interpreting the dreams of people by the book of the great interpreter of dreams Janab Ibn-e-Sereen, long before Sigmund Freud wrote his book "The interpretation of dreams" and centuries have passed, still the book "The meaning of dreams" by Ibn-e-Sereen remains an authority on the subject for the Muslims. The Holy Quran points out that if the messages given in the dreams are read correctly, they can shed light on the future events. Also, observation of a person, month in which a person is born, Numbers relating to a person (indeed, the days of everybody are numbered), the year of person by the Chinese Calendar and also horoscope of a person give an immense assistance in the study of man & universe. In relation to Manam, let us view a set of a few questions, rather a guide to use the subject for the study, so as to make the best use of the mentioned subject. -1- See if a dream is felt much. -2- See if a dream holds many symbols as much symbolic dreams are surely related to the future (many symbols which are commonly seen in the dreams by all persons, have specific meanings, pointing to the Collective Consciousness or Unconsciousness of the human beings). -3- See if the dreamer associates some special meaning to the symbols or the words seen in the dream. -4- See & Judge the interpretation of a dream by the teachings of Ibn-e-Sereen, the great master in interpretation of dreams. -5- See if there is a talk in the dream as a message may be stated in very plain words in the talk seen in a dream. MUSHAHEDA (OBSERVATION) : -1- Study the person in study in a psychological fashion, seeing the priorities and the way of talking & walking and taking all things, of that particular person in study. -2- Study the pattern of events for the person in study. -3- Study how he deals what, as much of the character is revealed by this way. -4- See if the birth occurs on or near March 20 (inclination towards spiritual development); See if the birth occurs on or near January 1 (inclination towards material development); as this also sheds light on the person's character. -5- See the weather at birth and if it was daylight or the darkness of a night when the birth took place. This observation, besides being an aid to the study of man in itself, is also helpful as a point in the fifth method of study i.e. the Chinese-Calendar. MAHEENAY (MONTHS) : -1- What is the phase of the Moon at birth -2- What is the current month operating at a given time for the person in study (Solar & Lunar). -3- What is the month at birth and at what portion of it, the birth occurs (Solar & Lunar). Likewise see what AADAD (NUMBERS) hold for a person in study (the meaning of numbers may be known by studying the Tarot Cards) and see what JANTARI (The Chinese-Calendar) tells about the person in study. As for NUJOOM (ASTROLOGY) : SEE -1- What is the rising sign -2- What is/are rising planet/s -3- What are the houses having connection to the first house due to the ruler of the Ascendant & due to the planet/s present -4- What is the placement of the Sun, the Moon and the Ruler; signs & houses to be seen -5- What are the important aspects of these three in the birth and whether any aspect forms between any or both the lights with the Ruler in the birth chart -6- Whether a grand trine or a grand square or a grand arrow forms in the birth chart -7- What arrangement follows by putting the Sun, the Moon and the Ruler on the Ascendant, by taking 30 degrees for each house in the Birth Chart -8- What is the placement for the Fortuna, Part of Marriage and the Moon's South Node in the chart -9- What is the overall pattern made by the bodies in the chart in study -10- What is the Solar Return Chart & Lunar Return Chart for the current Solar & Lunar year respectively of the person in study and they must be considered independently though the birth chart is basic; Ascendant to be taken for the time of birth (it would be the same as the Birth Chart or very near to it for Solar Return though it would change for the Lunar Return except when both the Dates nearly coincide).
23- There is a beginning ability in the Hijri month of Muharram. By this month, a new Hijri year begins and this month also marks the beginning of the liberation of Bani Israel as the great man & messenger Moses led them on the 10th of this month by water towards safety when Pharaoh & his men were following them and also the beginning of the thought of defending Islamic teachings when necessary arises, has taken place in this month by the great sacrifice of Janab Hussein. However, the beginning of many adverse things have also taken place in this month as the way of politics of Muslims started to become Mulookiat (kingdom) in this month and the martyrdom of Hazrat Umar on the first of this month marked the opening of the gate of FITNA in the Muslim world. In recent times, India tested Atom Bombs successfully in Muharram and though Pakistan has responded by testing its own Atom Bombs successfully, it is very troublesome for Muslims indeed. It seems that Muharram poses a Challenge for the Muslim world for which they must have an Islamic attitude to combat with and they must enhance the brighter side of the Hijri month for the sake of right attitudes.
24- Ahadees (the sayings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH), point out that in the times of Fitna that person is better who performs JIHAD and after him that person is better who takes his cattle and settles on mountains to save his Deen. The point to note here that in the times of Fitna a righteous person can not lead a normal life for either he must respond to change the situation or else if he does not find the power to do so, he must retire from the scene to save his true faith from all evil effect. We are facing such times and it is necessary that we take one of these attitudes collectively so that the situation may change for the better or else may not remain harmful to us in any way as even to keep quiet on sins being committed is totally wrong by the Islamic viewpoint. Actually we must avoid all contacts with the non-muslims that challenge our Islamic ways, without posing any challenge to them, even if it means much sacrifice of the worldly benefits to us. This immediate response is totally necessary if we want to live as a Muslim nation with integrity. A Hadees indicates that there are two men with whom even jealousy is allowed. Those are a rich person who gives great charity in the name of Allah to the poor and the other is a learned man who uses and spreads his knowledge for the betterment of the people in the name of Allah. This shows that all the things given to men must actually be used in the way of Allah as the world is the place of examination and this spreading of all good things may they be tangible or intangible is an attitude which is expected from the Muslims. A Hadees points out that if a person gives me the guarantee about two pieces of flesh in the body; one is what is between his cheeks (i.e. tongue) and the other is what is between his legs (the private part of the Male and the private part of the Female), I will give him the guarantee of JANNAT. I feel that the important point to note is that a woman's respect depends on the tongue of a man that her acceptance or her rejection depends on the words a man uses and the shelter to her may be withdrawn only by a man's tongue. Likewise, the respect of a man depends upon the care a woman takes about her private part as no man other than her husband must have any access to that and so she must remain faithful to him for his respect indeed. The Hadees issues guarantee to those persons who take care for their tongues and their male or female organs. The Ahadees relating to the signs of QAYAMAT must be given special attention as this will help to face the situation we are in today. Please note that there are some learned scholars of Islam who have pointed out that Dajjal (Antichrist) is not only a person but it is also the position of the world as we find today so there are two aspects to this matter. With advancements in Science & Technology (especially in the fields of Medicine, Astronomy and Psychology) with no regards for moral values, it is clear that their view has something at its back. We must give due weight to this consideration and must care for what we take from today's developments as this is a basic asking of our traditions, moral values and the Islamic teachings.
25- I would point out the situation being faced at Wedding ceremonies that even many young ladies belonging to big cities do not care about the basics of the Islamic Morals at such times and leave the moral teachings of Islam at their back which shows the amazing hypocrisy which is making way in our living-style. Many of them go totally with fashions regardless of how Islam teaches about the dresses Muslim Respectable Ladies must wear. Mind it that if two things are noted and practiced by Muslim women, Muslims would certainly reach heights of great morals. (i) They must take a CHADAR to cover themselves specially their heads (or tie a scarf at head in addition) whenever they leave their houses on necessities and (ii) They must avoid make up. The main reason for leaving the Islamic Morals at wedding ceremonies and picnic occasions is that these are considered to be occasions that must be treated as an outlet for emotions usually kept with check and so the respect for Islam is kept aside though we are still a lots better than other peoples. However, it is amazing that many women also have become promoters of such indecency which is being faced at occasions where emotions run high. This very notion of caring about physical benefits have led the women to consider getting jobs and playing the part of men without caring about their actual responsibilities. The fields where women have entered in a huge number i.e. Education, Medicine and Video Field all badly need care about Morals though women only are not responsible for that indeed. We all must care for Islamic Moral Teachings to keep away from all evil.
26- I feel that it is necessary to develop some change in sexual attitude by Muslim males that might make the situation much better. For clarification of this statement, I would point out that there has always been more than one legitimate ways in history to have sexual relations with women. Marriage of course has always been one and it is the most respectable relation between the male and the female for their sexual needs. However, Islam allowed sexual relation with concubines too at one time and that was another way to give outlet to the animal desires though we must never try to initiate this practice again or accept it in any way as by the Islamic Viewpoint, slavery is totally out of practice; it was only tolerated for the time being as at the times of the Prophet (PBUH) it was taken as customary. At that time Islam even allowed NIKAH MAWAQQAT (marriage for a specific period) so it is totally clear that there were more than one way to give outlet to animal desires. NIKAH MAWAQQAT had its conditions and they were always kept in view strictly for the sake of purity of sexual relations. Announcement of marriage, Responsibility towards each other and Trust for each other are the keywords that were seen even in such marriages without fail. For some detail, please note that at those times when wars took place, even women of the losing side came at the custody of the winning side as slaves and they were also distributed as other things got by the war among the warriors. Note that if they were married their marriages became void the moment they became slaves of someone who got them from the commander of the war in his share; male-slaves were asked to earn for their respective masters and female-slaves were asked to see to the sexual needs of their respective masters. It is indeed a blessing of Allah that this custom has totally gone away a few centuries back, insha-Allah never to return. However when the custom was in effect the Prophet (PBUH) gave commands about slaves, about both male and female, to raise their status to human beings and give them rights that they were totally deprived of at those times as that raise of their status was then the best option available. Note here that like slavery, MUTA is also out of lives and insha-Allah these both would remain out always and I would take up some necessary comments for NIKAH-MAWAQQAT here presently. Note that MUTA meant to take benefit from women while at travel far from destination in sexual sense by an agreement paying her some amount for this service and it actually was a lesser kind of marriage with practically no commitment to care for the rights of the wife taken and in a sense, it was very near to adultery that is among the major sins. It was disallowed at the time of KHAYBER yet the conditional marriage that is named as NIKAH-MAWAQQAT (marriage for some specific time; and it does have strict conditions), might be tolerated for a very small number of specific women, if and when the Islamic Society is totally formed, that are designated as given to some high crime when they are aware of the time-period; these are necessary conditions to tolerate this issue. The other necessary conditions besides the mentioned include that ULAMA endorse the practice at some place as that was tolerated by some of SAHABA and announcement, responsibility and trust is prevalent for such a marriage so the difference of it to the normal regular marriage is only in specification of the time-limit and it is very near to the normal regular marriage in status; this would insha-Allah favor the Islamic Society and not put any adverse mark on it though this matter must not be taken into consideration at all if even one of the necessary conditions is absent at the society and as such, this matter is not valid for consideration at the present times as the conditions do not exist for it anywhere. For detail of this statement, I would point out that even in those times NIKAH-MAWAQQAT had its conditions and though practiced minimum yet when it was practiced (mostly by those who travelled away from the homeland) they did take responsibility of marriage and did announce the relationship with its time-limit clearly to distinguish it from MUTA. Announcement of marriage with each other, Responsibility towards each other and Trust for each other are the keywords that were seen even in such marriages plus MEHR to the girl being taken into marriage without fail so seeing the initials of the words it was an ART + MEHER to take-up such relationship with quality. I, MSD, would advise here (and this advise is only for the time when the Islamic Society is fully formed and ULAMA of repute also endorse the matter as tolerable then, in the best interest of the Islamic Society) that any woman here that commits any severe crime especially such that are shameful according to the Islamic Viewpoint or if she is related to helping in such a crime becoming a criminal herself, must be registered with the Government besides receiving her punishment and it would be allowed for Muslim men who are more than 40 years of age and have the capability to teach them morals and manners, to take lawful wives from these registered women for a specific time not less than six months, by their consent (one at a time only from these and this would be counted in the four women he can take in marriage), by whoever so desires by paying a high amount of MEHER for them. Although decent women of the Islamic Society must not be less than 30 years of age for any employment yet these women that had committed severe crimes can take up jobs if available and if they will, even before that age. This marriage of convenience for the specific number of months mentioned with the specific women that are registered would automatically dissolve as the period of this relationship ends unless they both want it to continue. They can change it to a decent regular marriage that is for the whole life by announcement officially if they both so desire though the man must pay a high amount again to take her into the regular marriage. Please note that this marriage i.e. NIKAH-MAWAQQAT would be lawful but only to these specific women mentioned when it is for the specific time mentioned (that must not be lesser than 6 months), when their MEHR is given to them, when the Islamic Society is fully in existence and when ULAMA in general endorse the practice; no condition of these must be absent. As such conditions do not exist as of now, this matter is not to be considered at anywhere presently but consideration to this type of marriage i.e. NIKAH-MAWAQQAT is only valid when the Islamic Society is fully formed with all other necessary conditions present too at that time for it clearly; the offspring by the relationship would then be legitimate so the man would have to see to needs of the offspring in total though these specific registered girls would even be allowed to use preventive measures if they will, to avoid pregnancy that normally would not be allowed in general at the Islamic Society. If their status is raised to the regular wife, they would also have to adhere to ways for the decent women in marriage. I, MSD, would point out again that NIKAH-MAWAQQAT (that must be for at least 6 months to these specific women) has only to be taken-up with necessary conditions as mentioned, keeping in mind particularly that the Islamic Society becomes manifest clearly and ULAMA endorse the practice about it clearly with necessary detail, then the practical application of this notion would make the society better not causing it to go to any adversity in the moral sense insha-Allah; of-course such girls or women would understandably be very few in the society. The woman would have to observe her IDDAT in this marriage of time and convenience to the time she ends her first menses period only, that is got after the dissolution of this marriage or if she is pregnant by the relationship, to the time she gives birth to the child. She can marry again for six months minimum or more than that period after seeing to her IDDAT. Note that she would only be permitted to marry a few times as NIKAH MAWAQQAT as specified by the law of the Islamic Land and not more as these are actually indecent marriages of men to the indecent women at the society that do need to develop some decency for reformation with strict hands and with that target achieved insha-Allah, she would marry decently in the regular way if she wills.
27- As for the field of the films and movies, their set up and their application is totally against Islam at present therefore there is no need to point out its wrongs. However, the Government-run or Private video field of current times can survive if Islamic Morals are not challenged and the sanctity of women as Islam takes it, is not challenged. In the Islamic Society, it would be much better if only a few TV channels operate and it would be even better if each of them is assigned a specific field to concentrate on; for example the channel number one might deal with Government matters and news & views on the political situation of the country, channel two might provide decent dramas and fictions but in limited quantity, channel three might be assigned to provide religious guidance, channel four for songs and talks about some romantic matters in a limited sphere while channel five might be related to providing knowledge about all matters of life. There might be a channel six and a channel seven though it is better not to go beyond that and try to see that Islamic Morals are not challenged by their operations but remain strong by the service these all channels provide that operate in the Islamic Society. Please note again that the women workers who take some decent economic activity upon them in the Islamic Society must be at 30 years of age or more though the Government-run or private video field might take a few women from these few specific registered women proven indecent in the Islamic Society by the crimes they have committed, who do not fulfill this criteria. However, decent dramas, that might be shown at the TV (as on channel two in the example I gave) though few in number in the Islamic Society, might have other than these registered girls as actresses in them though few in number and who fulfill the criteria of being at the age of 30 years or more. Men have the permission to marry in a regular way upto four women at one time but they must take only one woman from these specific registered women at one time if they will. They can take wives from other women of the country that are totally decent, leaving these specific registered women and its a point to note that these registered women that have been designated as involved in some severe criminal activity must only be present in a very small quantity in the Islamic Society. For this, efforts must be made with leniency to clear the society from all criminal activity with a clear adherence to justice without any personal motives. Those men who marry more than one woman by regular marriages, must fulfill the demands of justice as much as possible for them so then they are not liable to get any blame for any wrong committed by mistake in justice against the rights of their wives nor must they be blamed for any thing relating to matters not in their control like having more love for any one of their wives. If men do try their best to remain loyal to Islamic Teachings and women do so accordingly, there is no doubt that the Islamic Society would be a great manifestation of a very high morality that would guide all those men and women well who want to live a life of true love, virtue and purity. As for Education, mind it that co-education of adult males & females is totally against Islam. However, in an Islamic Society it might be tolerated in the medical education due to necessity upto necessity (after the second year of college keeping in view the Pakistani educational set-up) and in the University due to necessity upto necessity (that also after the second year as imparted in Pakistani educational set-up because the first and second years of college would remain separate for Boys and Girls without fail and also please note that this Medical & University education would not be preferred for girls and only would be provided to girls that excel in studies and want to study further), where the Islamic Society might show some leniency due to necessity upto necessity. A girl if she does want to study high but does not go to Medical education, would only be allowed to study subjects of her interest (for Commerce & Arts only and not for Science) only & specifically at the University as time and place must be limited for such education. At Medical Education, it would be obligatory for a female student to take care totally that she does not have any free attitude to male persons there and does avoid laughing & jesting as much as possible. Please note that it is not allowed for men to teach women in this regular fashion as is being done at this time & place without care for Islam and that also in the good name of necessity yet at the Islamic Society, the guidance from male teachers even to female students in association with female teachers at the Medical College would be an exception that would only take place when and where total Islamic Society has come into existence clearly. Female education is certainly much necessary yet they must be educated with normal education and it is very much better for them to avoid higher education only getting educated upto Second Year of College as in the Pakistani set-up (though even more education is not prohibited as I have specified yet it is not much appreciable) as their actual responsibility is to aid their men-folk in leading an Islamic life caring totally about the only true aim of life for both men and women i.e. to obey Allah everywhere, every time. The education imparted today for both male & female persons which is mostly for worldly benefits, is much harmful to the womenfolk as this makes for a cover to the true responsibilities which a girl must see to and care about. Its a pity that nobody of influential status is worried about the situation faced by the society in regards to Morals and I would be frank enough to state that it seems to me that all people of all status have either accepted the situation or else have put on a resigned attitude, letting the events shape themselves even if they are unfavorable to the Islamic Cause. The fact is that the body dies but the Spirit lives on so we must take care for that. With the reason of TABLEEGH, it is acceptable by Islamic Morals for a learned person in Islam to teach individually in an un-Islamic Society, a number of adult female students at one time the matters which may help them face the world with an Islamic touch but of course there are conditions to see for this. My other writings tell the conditions clearly and this writing too points out most of them well. However, in the Islamic Society, the teaching of subjects by male teachers to female students must be avoided as much as possible. Now women are mixing with men in the fields of Education (a matter which is related to Jannat and perhaps due to the high level of Knowledge that we find today, Allah has not put his wrath upon us even when this mixing is against Islam and even when there are so many evil things present in the society by the Islamic Viewpoint yet please note that we must better things as fast as possible for this soft dealing of Allah towards us might not go on for long), Current Video Films (a matter which is related to Jahannum except where we might find ourselves able to make dramatic plays where they may be transmitted commonly giving regards to Islamic Morals) & Medicine (a matter which is related to Duniya i.e. this world). By the study of Islamic Teachings about female education, it is clear that the way the teaching is imparted today with male teachers working in coalition with female teachers in schools in someone's authority other than themselves, is not the right thing in my view according to Islam. However, One Male Teacher (Understanding, Aged, Muslim) with his own authority, if he teaches female students at a school in alliance with a few female teachers (and no male teacher except for two or three male persons in the staff limited to office work or keeping guard at the gates) keeping the conditions for such teaching in view, then this matter in my opinion is acceptable in an Islamic Society though at Intermediate Level, education must be separate for Boys and Girls as already written. In Pakistani set-up of education, there must be no co-education at the intermediate level and after that co-education might be tolerated at the Medical Study and at the University level (which would be allowed to girls due to necessity upto necessity though not preferable at an Islamic Society). The subjects taught to them at the University must be useful for them at an Islamic Society like Languages, Accounting, Economics, Home Economics, History & Geography, Sociology, Psychology and of course Islamic Teachings where they could get a good guidance in all fields so as to make situation better for them and their men-folk where and when necessary, keeping Islamic Teachings in view. Girls would not be allowed to take up subjects of Science except for Medical, after the second year of college as it is useless for them practically and the practical need for persons at Science can easily be furnished by the male persons well. In the field of education, there is a troublesome matter that is not even considered a problem. This matter is the severe punishment given at times to the students by the teachers at schools. This is totally against the Human Rights and as such, totally against Islam. Discipline does not mean to take any harsh attitude towards the young generation on petty matters or even bigger than those. Although, the law at Pakistan does provide to secure the right of students yet as no one really does care what law asks of us in Pakistan where the well-recognized law of the land is only "Might is Right", I would ask attention towards this serious matter on moral grounds by pointing out the fact that The Holy Quran quotes the words of one of the Messengers of Allah, Hazrat HOOD Alaihes-Salam (in Sura Shora, Para 19, Ayaat -127, 128, 129, 130, 131):
127. No reward do I ask of you for it,
my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds.
128. Do you build a monument on every high place, uselessly?
129. And do you get for yourselves palaces as if you will live for ever.
130. And when you get hold, you seize as tyrants?
131. So fear Allah and obey me.
The verse to note here is 130 which has the word "BATASHTUM" in Arabic which enfolds the meaning of indicating some mistakes to a seized person by authority. Please note that the Islamic Values ask of us to take justice in all matters if and when we have authority and not to go for display of might just for the fun of it as this is a Yahudi Philosophy that must not be practiced by Muslims. The Islamic Concept is that we Muslims must always help the weak if we do have some might so that the world becomes a better and safe place to live in. It is said in Hadith-e-Mubarakah that you must help the cruel and the victim; so Sahaba-e-Karam said that to help the victim is a clear matter yet how can we help the cruel one. The Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH answered that you must hold his hands so that he becomes unable to perform any cruel act (BUKHARI, the most authentic book of Hadith). I ask you if you have ever heard that the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH ever beat a woman or a child (or any weak person for that matter) any time anywhere for any reason whatsoever. He tried his best not to wound any person even at wars though for the necessity of that time when enemy was trying to end the power of Islam, he did go for JIHAD. Let me tell you that I have read many books of Ahadith by the blessing of Allah and I never found a single incident reported on this account. On the contrary, he always stood for the weak persons all his life. We all must see in our own capacity that no harsh actions against students take place that prove to be a psychic burden to them in their later lives as we teachers are here to provide guidance towards righteousness to make for their successful lives; we are not here to ruin their lives (and the society as a whole) by our totally unnecessary harsh attitude. Please note that all dictators of recent times had received a harsh treatment in some way from the adults in their childhood as the history clearly points out to us and we know how they dealt with the world once they got power as the history points that out too very clearly to us. I hope that these words do get attention. Although the field of education does need much attention for betterment by the Islamic Viewpoint yet the most troublesome situation is being faced at the Medical Field today where it seems that all the Islamic Teachings are getting challenged which needs an immediate defense of the Islamic Morals if the teachings of Islam are to survive in the present times practically in this field. If we deal from the base, the medical study is commonly provided in co-education and though co-education may be tolerated in this regard yet there are conditions that are not taken into consideration at all so it becomes totally against Islam with such a set-up (female students must have a very reserve attitude at the Medical Education, as not to get close or ask any closeness to her male colleagues). Then, we find mixed working in this field and this not only means that the male & female surgeons work together but also indicates that they both see male & female patients at hospitals for many afflictions and this is not in accordance with the Islamic Moral Teachings. Again, a restriction is needed on their educational style as study of medicine or surgery by cadavers is not permissible by the Islamic Law and specially so when there is a mixed gathering. These all in actual, are the evil fruits of an evil set-up and the concepts some of these surgeons profess after gaining knowledge through such a set-up is more deadly poisonous as they take an open co-education, mixed working and other such things which are considered shameful by the Islamic viewpoint, as totally normal and in fact they often take it as something a developed person must appreciate to distinguish himself from the jungli people which is not a correct notion. I assure you and them if they would listen that we can do without such benefits and in fact, we know our benefits very well as Muslims. If you discuss matters with them, you would find most of them professing transplantation of eyes and kidneys, treatment for Fertility and Females' surgery (particularly Cesarean Section) and Family Planning without any restrictions, all in the respectable name of necessity totally disregarding Islam, just presenting one answer for all their aberrations that times have changed. Please note that the Islamic Principles never change and they must be seen in practice at all places and at all times, whatever the situation might be as this is totally obligatory for Muslims in every way. At many occasions the handling of patients today is done in the good name of seeking knowledge or in the good name of helping justice, without any prior consent (from the family members, in case of cadavers and from the sufferer himself/herself in case of emergencies), without any care for any kind of Morals whatsoever. Mind it that consent for anything wrong does not make the matter legitimate according to Islam and the observation brought to attention here is only for the sake of argument. It was a pleasure to learn that the Supreme Court of Pakistan gave the decision in the end of March 96 that Female Cadavers must not be viewed & practiced upon by males at all as that is totally against the Islamic Morals. The Holy Quran indicates that Shamelessness is such a thing that a Muslim must not only care not to get involved in any act of shamelessness but also must strictly keep himself away from all types of shamelessness. Adam & Eve were ordered to keep away from a tree totally so that there remains no way for them to eat the fruit of that tree and lose their clothing. Again whenever & wherever the Holy Book orders to avoid Shamelessness, it commands to avoid going near to any shamelessness whatever its status is. It seems that Allah is totally caring for His beloved creature Human Being and with all Trust He has upon men & women, He prohibits even the touch of shameful things for them totally. In Islamic teachings, this is named as Sadd-e-Zarai (avoiding means of evil) and prohibition of making & taking photos/pictures except for necessity and also the command of HEJAB has this concept at its base. HEJAB means that a woman must remain inside her home and she has the permission by Islam to leave only on necessity that she would herself decide. On necessity, when she leaves her home, she has to see what type of a society she would face once she is out. If the society is Islamic, she is allowed to leave her face, her hands upto wrists and her feet upto toes uncovered though except this, her whole body must be totally covered with clothes that are not revealing or tight in any way. However, if the society is un-Islamic then due to FITNAH (influence of satan on the society), she has to cover whole of her body with good clothes except for eyes that she is allowed to leave uncovered to see the way. As her necessity ends, she has to leave for home immediately without loss of time. This is therefore the only way out and the only course to take where the respectable position of women is in question. The point is this that womenfolk and even men for that matter, must totally avoid the Govt. Hospitals all over the world never becoming in-patients at any circumstance and try to ask cure at Private Clinics or Private Hospitals only (and even there women asking for cure must not become in-patients except where they are more than sixty years of age). Here, they must seek treatment from women-folk only and their attendants too must only be women. However, even with the conditions mentioned, these clinics should only be consulted where the suffering of the female patient is high & no option seems available. So the consultation even at such clinics must be for utmost necessity and only upto necessity, avoiding male practitioners totally. May Allah give us a blessed power to impress all the people of the world, with high morals & honest Character. -Amen-
AN OPEN HEART TALK TO SURGEONS
(basically written in JUNE 92)
Recently, I came across some incidents regarding surgery for women patients and regarding Muslim female students studying medicine which more than compelled me to write this paper and even with such a vague statement for a base, I say that in this study the position of morals regarding the female is amazingly low and as such a matter of great concern. Personally I consider that a man must know medicine upto that extent where he can cure himself and his near ones through medication keeping strictly away from injections, from all common major body ailments and must not care about visiting a physician whenever a bug troubles him. However, I respect those surgeons who have a specialty in some field and are of a great use for the betterment of the people needing surgery for their total cure. With this statement, I will go on to remark that surgery of female persons whatsoever by the male surgeons is completely out of the moral standard which Islam professes and that is in fact the reason which asks me to point out some totally wrong attitudes taken in regards to womenfolk in Female's Surgery, Fertility Matter and Family Planning. With some considerations that put their limitations on my person and ask for some necessary tactic to write this paper, I state that as I come to write it, I had no option left but to put my remarks openly as a Muslim on these 3 F's and I must be excused if it causes displeasure somewhere.
A point to note here is that a Muslim Woman herself is much responsible for matters of shamelessness if she does not take Chadar while leaving her home for some necessary task. To leave Chadar while going out for some necessary tasks opens way to the straying away of the eyes of men making them disregard the commands of Islam, which with the men also makes the women sinful. A time comes with this attitude of neglecting Chadar where a woman considers it normal to work in assistance of men even without any necessity and then she takes a mixed society considering it as quite normal due to her own abnormal position like a patient that takes a sweet dish and feels it sour. This wrong attitude might lead to a stage where she might completely forget the sanctity of women and might submit her self to satanic style of life. Mind it that by nature, women have an inner sense of Hijab which they do not lose easily without any immense pressure and therefore mainly the society we all live in, is responsible for any shamelessness of women. Some of us even come across such occurrences where they find lady medical practitioners/students totally disregarding the respectable position they enjoy as women but only the sensitive persons feel really hurt while others just take these incidents very lightly. A few even find an aspect of jest in these though keeping Islamic Morals in view, they are very serious troubles indeed. We must confront this situation as to better it in the Islamic sense for it is about time that we go for putting Islam into our practice in every field of life totally. I do not intend to be very specific due to moral reasons, but let me indicate that mostly aberrations relate to medical practice in government hospitals that are linked with medical study. We must take into consideration the imposing of some necessary moral limits for the study of Medicine, keeping Islamic teachings in view as the first concern is to save our traditions which are very important and at this time even more crucial than at any other period in history. Hijab is the command given to the womenfolk by Allah, our true Lord, and it must be obeyed by them at every time and place as Islam is a complete code of life which according to us, is the only path set for salvation. Let us now come to the 3 F's i.e. Female's surgery, Fertility matter and Family planning.
By the Islamic view, there is no way that a male surgeon might operate on a woman patient for any surgery when women surgeons are available, even when only a few in number and even when not at the caliber of the male surgeon, so quality and quantity does not matter in this regard. Please note that a male surgeon can only operate on a woman patient in the situation of IZTIRAR and even then he has to fulfill some necessary conditions at surgery. Also, even in the situation of IZTIRAR, he can not operate at the Satar of the woman patient. Note that IZTIRAR is the situation of total & utmost necessity when without surgery immediate death of the woman patient seems to be inevitable, when a lady surgeon or a lady practitioner is not available to manage the job and there is no hope of finding one, when he keeps his concentration totally to the operating area with other areas totally covered, when he is the only male present in the operating room, when the operation is done with total economy of time. With these requisites for IZTIRAR and conditions of its application even then there is no way for him to operate on Satar of a woman (though strictly by the Islamic viewpoint, whole body of a woman is Satar but in the situation of total IZTIRAR, it is understandable for surgical reason keeping Islamic Teachings in view that Satar of a woman is taken the same as a man's i.e. from the belly to the knees and there are sound reasons by Islamic viewpoint for this stance as the Satar of the kept women i.e. concubines at old times was considered the same, so in a surgical necessity where there is an IZTIRAR truly as informed & conformed by learned persons, there would only be this much ease and not any more, so this part i.e. from belly to knees that remain SATAR even in total IZTIRAR must remain hidden from all men as this is a very basic asking of the sanctity of women as Islam takes it while surgery even at any other area might only be done with concentration to that part specifically, other areas remaining hidden from view). This implies that catheterization if necessary at Satar or tests at Satar, regarding any major surgery at some other area, must anyhow be done only by women though medical reports in IZTIRAR can be studied by the male surgeons. So this Islamic moral value must be observed that males do not operate for gynecological or obstetrical surgeries at any time or place; even when the situation is of IZTIRAR, even when a lady surgeon or a lady practitioner in this regard is not available; even if it is understood that the woman will not survive without such operation, even for whatever reason you may think of with the exception that the male surgeon himself happens to be the husband of the lady patient needing surgery and operates on her as the only male surgeon in the room. Please note that Islamic Commands are very strict in matters of shame. Mind it that consent for anything against Islam is of no value for argument because the body of everybody is the property of Allah and it is necessary to keep His Commands in regards to body in view. However, a woman is fully justified without any Islamic charge, in her rejection of an operation by a male surgeon even if the situation is of IZTIRAR where the problem does not relate to Satar in any way. To summarize this matter in points by the Islamic Viewpoint, it comes to this that (1) there is no way a male surgeon might operate on a woman patient in a normal situation, whatever her condition might be and whatever caliber the surgeon holds, (2) however, he can operate on a woman patient in the situation of an obvious IZTIRAR (situation of utmost necessity) as an isolated event with her consent, except for any operation at Satar (the area from her belly to knees), (3) this situation of IZTIRAR occurs when there is no female surgeon or compatible lady practitioner available to handle the surgery and when waiting to get one would most probably result in the woman’s death (4) even in IZTIRAR, when a male surgeon might be permitted to operate on the woman by her consent (except for the area of Satar that remains hidden due to her sanctity), he must perform as the only male in the operating room, he must do the job in the least of time needed and he must keep his total concentration at the site of operation with all other area covered. (5) Even in the situation of IZTIRAR, it is better for a woman to reject the operation by a male surgeon (i.e. when it is at other site than Satar), as this rejection would be a matter of EHSAN that is preferable in Islamic Teachings. Please note that the Holy Quran commands for both men & women to protect Satar and for this Sura AARAF-Ayat 27, Sura NOOR-Ayat 31, Sura AHZAB-Ayat 59 must be studied. If male persons take up such kind of surgeries disregarding Islamic Moral Values then it would become necessary for women not to get hospitalized at any time for any reason whatsoever, as this kind of avoidance seems to me much near to Islam in such an environment. If the field of Medicine and Surgery is to remain a "sacred" institution, it must not take human beings as animals as we all have spirits which is our Truth and not our bodies. It is a point to note that whenever & wherever woman's sanctity is injured, many problems creep in. Much trouble relating to morals as Islam takes them, is entering in those professional fields (EDUCATION, MEDICINE, LAW) where woman have turned their attention to but have not been able to observe the essential Islamic teachings even upto a necessary limit, with no one to put a check then & there. Further, it must be kept in mind that TAQADDUS (sanctity, specially the sanctity of women) can never be violated at any time, at any place as Islam commands and this can clearly be understood by the fact that a man dying from hunger can eat a swine if available to save his life (though even at that time too its a sin but Allah has said in the Holy Book Quran that He will forgive that) but to eat a human body even in such kind of IZTIRAR (situation of utmost necessity) is not allowed and a man must die from hunger as death has to come someday & somewhere, but he must not eat from the human body due to its sanctity even if he is sure that he will save himself till he is rescued. So use of filth in utmost necessity upto that necessity, always considering it a filth only, is tolerable yet violation of sanctity is not tolerable even in the situation of total IZTIRAR. We all must keep in mind that we all have to live beyond this life and so the cure of the body must not be asked at the expense of the spiritual health which is many times more important.
As for fertility, there is indeed no evidence to consider it right in any way. If a male doctor is consulted, the foregoing argument is totally valid. If a lady doctor is consulted then also the argument holds good as she can not go through the check-up of the lady-patient's husband. Moreover, infertility is a normal occurrence in the lives of human beings and not an ailment that needs correction. We all must remember that Satan misled in such a fashion for the first attack on man & woman that their respective male & female hidden parts came in view of each other. Satan knows well that this will pave way for all kinds of deviation and all types of aberration in the people's attitudes and therefore, we must keep Adam's mercy-asking intact and must not fall for Satan's trap of evil in the name of good.
Relating to Family Planning, it is a matter to note that the 2 great sins i.e. unjust murder and adultery (great cruelty & great shamelessness) are related to death of a person in an unholy manner and birth of a person in an unholy manner respectively. This denotes the Islamic concept that human beings are given great respect and this must always be kept in mind whenever & wherever there is something is to be judged in the field of Medicine. As a woman's main exam is in child-birth and nursing of children, family planning for women normally is totally prohibited. However, where necessary for saving her life, that specific woman might adopt family planning for that specific time. In my view, induced abortion by this very argument is totally un-Islamic and that goes for every variety of such abortion. However, family planning ways regarding males are all right when the married men take to those by their own free will keeping Islamic teachings in view. Please mind it that these 2 great sins are always at every place and at every time great sins and even if the effect is not realized as mentioned they would still remain great sins all the same as this is how the Holy Quran has designated them. Note that Islamic Teachings ask to avoid all cruelty (for which men are specially addressed as cruelty is initiated by them) and to avoid all shamelessness (for which women are specially addressed as shamelessness is initiated by them). For instance, see Sura Bani-Israel, Ayaat 31 32 33. Now, it would be useless to ignore the situation by a light statement that this male & female business in this regard must be kept aside, rather everybody must see to the moral values of Islam as much as and as soon as possible in this regard. I would also try my best to convey the message to people having effect on the making of the ideas and the traditions of the current society. With total regards from the deepest nook of my open heart, I expect from your good selves a positive action and acknowledgment by practical acceptance. Any comment, criticism or advice, is welcome.
THE FIRST COMMAND
It is necessary to take some immediate steps to implement the 7 points of the Islamic Manifesto (and this writing is provided on links at this site), which are also based on the same requirement of spreading the Islamic principles in theory and practice and putting an end to all injustice and every kind of shamelessness. Let's order to teach Islam and for this step, the teachings of the Holy Quran and Ahadith and Books of great Ulema must be made common. After that, let's order to give a great respect to human beings and for this step for the sake of justice, an end will be put to beatings through 3 steps 1- An end will be put to post-mortem and certainly even at the present time male persons must not perform postmortem on the female cadavers whether it is for study purpose or for criminal law purpose. 2- An end will be put to beatings to the supposed culprits specially when they are poor who are caught on different charges, just to make them confess even if they are really responsible. 3- An end will be put to beatings given to children just for the sake of study and learning. This all will be done as beatings on human body is illiteracy and illiteracy is cruelty, except where Islam orders (mostly because of shamelessness as in punishment of adultery the culprits must be given 100 lashes). Then, let's order for the sake of HIYA, to give a great respect to Hejab and for this step an end will be put to 3 things 1- An end will be put to the co-education at the level of high classes. 2- An end will be put to the nursing of men by womenfolk and also to the nursing of women by men and even at the present time, avoidance of assistance of male persons must be seen strictly in the case of delivery (childbirth) and in the matters of gynecology. 3- An end will be put to photos/pictures of the living creatures as much as possible for the time being except where their implication is necessary for official needs (TV programs and the graphics of Computers are not included in this as these would operate in the Islamic Society). This must be noted well that this is to be done in minimum time-limit and the implementation of these steps is actually for the implementation of the 7 points of the Islamic society. This in actual is the first command, immediately to be taken into account to pave way for the Islamic society. May Allah bless us all and allow us to spread His Message. Amen.

Amen.
